Privacy Policy
How DeepTechAI LLC handles information across the Deep Encrypto platform. Last updated August 2026.
Data we process. Deep Encrypto processes the requests and content you route through the platform solely to deliver the service you request. Payloads are encrypted end to end, and encryption keys are scoped to your tenant.
Data we do not sell. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use your production content to train models without an explicit written agreement.
Retention. Audit records are retained for the period you configure. You can export or delete them at any time from your workspace.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by writing to hello@deepencrypto.org. We respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service
The agreement between you and DeepTechAI LLC for use of Deep Encrypto. Last updated August 2026.
Use of the platform. You may use Deep Encrypto in line with these terms and any plan limits shown in your account. You are responsible for the content you route through the service.
Availability. We target 99.99 percent monthly uptime and publish incidents on our status page. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Security. We apply industry standard controls, including end-to-end encryption and access logging. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys.
Liability. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes. We may update these terms and will note the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
